Challenges

As Senior Manager – ICT at Cire Services, Ian Rennison oversees a team of five responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure of an organization with more than 1,000 end-users across Melbourne's South-East. Having spent over 20 years in IT service and infrastructure management, Ian understands the importance of reliable and efficient tools for supporting a distributed workforce.
