+ Why does the purchasing page show the plan at 55 € instead of 12 €?
The regular 55 € price will always show under “Choose Plan”. Check the subtotal section and you should see the first year discount applied there. The offer is available on the Splashtop EU stack which serves countries in Europe via our German data center. Those countries include: Cyprus, Northern Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Portugal, Estonia, Finland, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Germany, Greece, Slovakia, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania. There are no plans to extend the offer it to additional locations at this time.
+ What do I do if I don’t see the discounted price when I’m in a qualifying country?

+ What do I do if I get a message about my account not being eligible for this offer?
If you already have another paid Splashtop subscription, your account isn’t eligible. If it is due to another reason, such as a past trial of a different Splashtop product on your account, please contact our Sales team for assistance.
+ How do I cancel my subscription if I don’t want to continue beyond the first year?
You can turn off autorenewal at any time under the Subscription area in your web console. Subscriptions are charged at the start of each 1-year term and are non-refundable.
