What about Splashtop SOS Unlimited?
If you're looking for Splashtop SOS Unlimited, it has been renamed to the Splashtop Remote Support SOS 300 plan where each SOS technician license provides unattended access to 300 endpoints. These can be stacked. For example, four SOS 300 technician licenses give four concurrent technician users unattended access to a pool of up to 1200 computers. To support more than 1200 endpoints, choose Splashtop Enterprise remote support licenses if you prefer licensing by concurrent technician. Alternately, you can subscribe to Splashtop AEM if you prefer licensing by endpoint for unattended support and would like extended functionality with endpoint and patch management.

No. Splashtop SOS is a remote support software plan choice within the Splashtop Remote Support product family used by IT teams, MSPs (managed service providers) that provide remote support to their employees and customers. It is also used by tech-savvy individuals helping their family, friends, or colleagues with their computers and mobile devices.
The sos.splashtop.com and sos.splashtop.eu links are used when a technician asks the person they are assisting to download and run the SOS assistance app to receive technical support. The end user goes to those pages to download and run the app to allow the technician to provide assistance on their computer or mobile device.
Google Search often incorrectly combines the sos.splashtop downloads and Splashtop SOS Remote Support product information into a single listing in Google Search result which can cause a lot of confusion. We are unable to get Google to fix that issue.
