Splashtop Inc. is currently offering a FREE stylus for each copy of Splashtop Whiteboard purchased through the Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) (the promotion). The Promoter of this offer is Splashtop Inc., a company registered in the US at 1054 S. De Anza Blvd, Suite 200, San Jose, CA 95129, USA.

1. This promotion is open to all educational establishments (participant) within the 50 United States excluding employees of Splashtop Inc., their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Any person under the age of 16 must not enter without parental consent.

2. By entering the promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them.

3. This offer is only available for Splashtop Whiteboard purchases through Apple VPP AND during the promotion period – Jan 23rd 2012 to June 30th 2012. Deadline for participants to submit the proof of purchase is July 31st 2012

4. To claim a FREE Stylus as part of the promotion, participants must purchase Splashtop Whiteboard using Apples VPP during the promotion period.

5. Proof of purchase should be emailed to Stylus-Program@splashtop.com. The email domain name of the email sent MUST match the proof of purchase AND provide the following details:
I.Attach confirmation email from Apple VPP (see example below)
II.Attach spreadsheet of codes (Log in to your Program Facilitator account and click the download link to retrieve – see example below)
III.In the body of email, please provide your school name and address with a contact phone number and the email address of person who you want to receive the styluses.

6. These details will NOT be shared with any third party (see Splashtop Inc. Privacy policy – http://www.splashtop.com/privacy ).

7. Once we receive the email, Splashtop Inc. will contact the contact person to confirm receipt

8. Participant must mail a $10 check payable to Splashtop Inc (see address above – ATTN: Stylus Promotion). No other for of payment is allowed. Participant is not required to pay any further costs other than $10 S&H.

9. Participant has the right to remove themselves from the promotion at any time up to payment.

10. Incomplete, amended, damaged, defaced, copied or tampered proof of purchases will not be accepted.

11. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your free stylus from payment date

12. The promotion period is valid up to 30 June 2012

13. There is no cash alternative. The stylus is non-transferable, and non-changeable.

14. No warranties are provided in terms of performance. Stylus cannot be returned. No refunds are provided.

15. Proof of purchases entered via third parties will not be accepted. There is no limit to the number of stylus a participant can qualify for.

16. Splashtop Inc. does not accept responsibility for any entries or checks not received. Proof of emailing is not proof of receipt.

17. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries or stylus lost, damaged or delayed in transit

18. Splashtop Inc. reserves the right to terminate, extend or change the promotion

19. Splashtop Inc. reserves the right to substitute another item of similar or greater value should the circumstances make this necessary. Participants will be informed of such a change.
